Meet Our Team
Craig Barton – Founder
Founder of Secure Investor, Easy Man Buys Houses, EZ Home Buyers, and EZ Home Sellers Craig Barton has been a successful real estate investor in Tucson Arizona since 2004. Craig started out developing land with manufactured homes and became a manufactured home dealer, then transitioned into purchasing, rehabilitating and selling single-family homes in 2006. Craig has completed over 250 real estate transactions and now purchases and sells homes in all areas and in all conditions. Through creative and innovative concepts Craig can buy and sell properties that are sometimes deemed problematic. These concepts can help buyers and sellers in tough markets move in and move out of these properties with the greatest of ease. Craig attributes his success in business to education, discipline, and systems. Craig also hosts a Real Estate investment club of over 750 members and counting.
In his free time, Craig enjoys lifting weights and Bikram Yoga (and any other activity he thinks he is young enough to engage in) He’s known for spending too much time watching his favorite football teams. Craig also likes Sushi, short weekend trips… and espresso and has been trying to cut back. That’s not going so well…
Heather Van Shaar – Operations Manager
Heather is family oriented and loves learning. She values her family above all else, and loves nothing better than spending time talking with family. If you ask her what her hobbies are, she won’t know what to tell you, but secretly she enjoys researching topics online and making spreadsheets, no joke. Heather is always ready to learn something new and is determined to succeed in anything she takes on. Heather graduated from Eastern Arizona College with an Administrative Professional associate degree, and is a wife and mother of three wonderful children.
Monica Yrigoyen – Licensed Realtor
Monica, a licensed Realtor, who earned a BA in Business Administration and a Master’s in Organizational Management, bought her first investment property in 1984. That when she was first bit by the “real estate bug”. Monica realized that she could create a solid real estate career for herself, which would allow her to provide to the community. Since Monica received her license in 2002, she has become a real estate mentor, coach, and co-founder of a woman’s Real Estate group called, Women Helping Other Women (WHOW). When Monica is not working or running her networking group she enjoys hiking, bike riding, long walks, swimming, and weekend getaways. Cliff Williams – CFO
As the chief financial officer (CFO), Cliff Williams is responsible for all the company’s financial functions including accounting, treasury, finance, and investor relations. Before joining Easy Man Buys Houses Cliff held senior-level positions for 22 years at IBM. His career spans more than 30 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy. Cliff enjoys playing golf and watching all the major sports.
Anthony Samadan – ISA
Anthony Samadan, a father of four beautiful daughters, graduated with a degree in practical Nursing in 2009. Started working as a call center Sales Agent in 2011, and has been an Inside Sales Agent for 4 years. Anthony is passionate about Real Estate continually learning more ways he is able to help people with their real estate challenges. Anthony is a kind-hearted person who is always doing what he can to be helpful.
