And then they’re just going to decide that that house is too expensive for them. And they’re not even one to put in a, an offer. And then for the opposite side of it, if you go too low, you’re going to too many offers.

It’s going to be kind of a pain to, to deal with, but it’s still better to be on the low side because you can essentially have a bidding war for the house that’s priced correctly.
