Thanks for coming to our website. My name’s Craig Barton from easy man buys houses. Let me give you a quick snapshot of who we are and what we’re about. We actually started this company in 2004, and we started with manufactured homes, became a manufactured home dealer. And for the next two years, that’s what we did. We would buy land, put homes on him and sell homes. We increased values in the area. We offered a great product to our customers, but decided when the market dropped that we need to be in single family properties. So during the downturn between 2006 and 2011, we were buying properties, problematic properties from banks. We were taking properties at very low prices that were really messed up, increasing the value on them, increasing the value in the neighborhoods and for our city and for the people that were buying the property and, and really filling a niche in that area.

Now, as the market has changed, we’re getting to more of a normal markup. And so we try to figure out creative ways in order to help our sellers mainly get the most for their houses. And so we have many different things we can do. For example, we might be able to,, take over mortgages. We might be able to offer seller financing where you could get more money for your home and taking equity over time. Or we could even pay cash for the house. But in any event we’ve been in business since 2004, our company is built on integrity and honesty and full disclosure of everything. We do. Everything we do is put on paper. We offer lots of free services, like move out services, tend to removal services, estate sale services, listing services. If we want to try to get top dollar for the property and so on.
